TrueNorthShop is proud of its products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. TrueNorthShop will gladly provide a merchandise refund for your order within thirty(30) days of receipt. TrueNorthShop stands by its products for quality and workmanship however, for hygienic reason, TrueNorthShop cannot accept returns on items unless they meet the following criteria:

  • New and unused
  • Accompanied by packing list or original receipt

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Product that has been worn or used
  • Custom jersey orders
  • DVDs that have been opened

Please Note: All items returned to TrueNorthShop must be shipped at the customer’s sole cost and expense. Feel free to contact TrueNorthShop if you need to be advised on the best method of shipping. Goods shipped back to TrueNorthShop from outside of Canada may incur extra duties and taxes. Please allow a minimum of fourteen (14) days for us to receive, inspect legitimacy and process your return. If the item(s) to be returned are deemed acceptable and in line with TrueNorthShop’s return policy, True North will refund the total value of the merchandise purchased including any taxes you were charged but excluding ANY delivery charge(s) including any extra duties or fees. Adjustments to credit cards should appear within two (2) billing cycles.
