eCommerce Shipping Policy
All products purchased on TRUENORTHSHOP.COM will be shipped via Canada Post or the US Postal System. At checkout you will be given two shipping options, Standard Ground/Air or Express 2nd day.
Upon order approval, truenorthshop.com will ship to any valid street address within Canada via Canada Post. All orders going to a valid street address within the United States will ship via Canada Post, which will then be delivered through the USPS (United States Postal Service).
TRUENORTHSHOP.COM recommends shipping to an address / location where someone is available to receive the delivery (such as a business address). TRUENORTHSHOP.COM cannot be responsible for packages delivered to unattended address.
Weekends and Holidays
TRUENORTHSHOP.COM does not ship items on weekends (Saturday – Sunday). Our eCommerce warehouse will also be closed for shipping on all major Canadian holidays.
Canada Post orders are shipped Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) and typically leave our ecommerce warehouse 48 to 72 hours from the time your order is placed. Postal orders received on Friday – Sunday will usually ship the following Monday / Tuesday (excluding holidays).
Orders requested via Express 2nd day service should arrive in two business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after leaving the TRUENORTHSHOP.COM warehouse. Orders must be placed by 11am (ET) Monday – Friday to be eligible for that day’s Express 2nd day shipments. Orders placed over the weekend will not be shipped until Monday / Tuesday.
Customers will receive a ship notification email with a tracking number once the order has been shipped. This will provide the customer with the option to track the delivery of your order.
Orders can be tracked at www.canadapost.ca or in the United States at www.usps.com. Orders going to the United States will not show up on the USPS website until the item clears through the United States Customs process.
